Ideal for ball screws that are new or like-new but require reloading after accidental disassembly. This includes full cleaning, new precision balls, lubrication, and testing. No warranty is included, as it’s not a full rebuild.

Every rebuild goes through the following rigorous process:

We disassemble the unit and deep clean each part, documenting wear and ball return conditions.
3. Inspection & Assignment
All parts are inspected for wear, misalignment, and damage. Components are routed to departments for repair or reengineering.
4. Repairs & Machine Work
Custom-fabricated parts and shaft end repairs are machined to OEM specs in-house.
5. Thread Work & Straightening
Thread grinding or lapping and precision straightening ensure smooth and reliable performance.
6. Refinishing
Surface finishes are restored to OEM appearance and function, using polishing, grinding, and blasting.
7. Pre-Assembly Inspection
Every part is verified for fit and finish with high-precision tools.
8. Assembly
Units are assembled to precise preload specs using an extensive inventory of Grade 10 steel balls.
9. Testing & Final Inspection
