If your part is over 9 feet long or weighs more than 150 lbs, it will need to be shipped via freight or courier service.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on methods not covered by our free UPS Ground shipping.

We recommend using a sturdy wooden box or crate to protect large parts during transit.

For return shipping, we’ll ensure your part is securely packaged—and if needed, we’ll build a new crate to keep it safe.

Ball screw assemblies and other machine components are precision parts that require careful handling—even before repair.

When shipping your part(s) to us, use a secure container such as a crate, reinforced cardboard box, or PVC tube. Be sure to include any related components that belong to the assembly.

Don’t forget to attach a packing slip with your business name and a primary contact—this helps us identify your order quickly for evaluation.
